Once the tear-off started, it was clear these roofs were ready to be replaced. We replaced close to 60 sheets of OSB decking before the new roofing system went on. We also took out the old box vents and switched the buildings to ridge vent, which gives the roofs a cleaner look and still ventilates them properly.
