Not every roof problem needs a new roof. We repair shingle and metal roofs across northern Indiana, including leaks, missing or wind-damaged shingles, flashing around chimneys and vents, and storm and hail damage. It doesn't matter who installed your roof, and we take on small repairs as well as large ones.
Any repair or inspection has a $350 minimum, which covers coming out to find the problem, including tracking down a leak.
We Recommend Repairs When They Make Sense
Plenty of roof problems can be fixed without replacing the whole roof. We'll help you figure out what makes the most sense for yours, whether that's a repair or a full replacement.
Replacement starts to make sense when a roof is nearing the end of its lifespan, the damage is widespread, the same leaks keep coming back, or repairs are no longer cost-effective. If you do need a new roof, we install both shingle and metal.
