A complete re-roof on a house in Winamac. The old metal roofing came off, then the two layers of shingles underneath it, and some rotten decking, before the new metal roof went on. The tear-off photo shows those layers: the old green panels stacked by the dumpster, and the old shingles still on the roof with the wood strips the metal had been fastened to.
We also framed a new 8 by 38 foot deck across the front of the house. In the finished photos the new roof carries out over it on posts. The homeowner plans to add new siding, soffit, and fascia next year.
